Specific Property >	“I give, devise and bequeath to the Boys & Girls Clubs Endowment Foundation for the support of the Boys & Girls Club, my interest in (describe the property and exact location).”
Residue of Estate >	“I give, devise and bequeth to the Boys & Girls Clubs Endowment Foundation for the support of the Boys & Girls Clubs, the residue and remainder of my estate.”
